How long does shipping take in the United Kingdom?

At Embellezbrands, orders typically take 6-13 business days to arrive after processing is completed. We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom to ensure a more reliable delivery process without international customs delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout, the price you see is the price you pay.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unworn.

Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Items must be in the same condition as received.

Are products covered by a warranty?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact info@embellezbrands.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible as the order may already be in transit.
